At Maddy's Ethereal Beans, we're committed to delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding service. Here's our straightforward approach to returns and refunds:

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll make it right.

Return Eligibility

Due to health, safety, and quality regulations, we cannot accept returns of coffee products. Once coffee leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked.

However, we will replace or refund your order in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your coffee arrives damaged or has quality issues
  • Wrong Item Received: If we sent you the incorrect product or grind type
  • Missing Items: If part of your order didn't arrive
  • Shipping Issues: If your package is lost, stolen, or shows as undelivered

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at maddy.meb@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem

Our Resolution Process

  • Our Error: If we made a mistake (wrong product, wrong grind, damaged in transit from our facility), we'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping
  • Carrier Issues: For lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, we'll work with you to file a claim or send a replacement
  • Customer Error: If incorrect information was provided at checkout (wrong address, wrong product selected), we can process a new order at standard pricing

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are not guaranteed against loss or damage during international transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international orders.
